A provider-patient relationship is established only when you complete a telehealth or in-person consultation with a licensed provider. General website content and coaching do not constitute medical advice.
Service pricing is clearly listed on our website. By enrolling in a subscription plan, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file.
While we assist with insurance claims and bill many major US insurers, coverage and reimbursement are ultimately determined by your insurer. Protect Health Fit is not liable for denied claims, coverage gaps, or insurer delays. You remain responsible for any balances not covered by your insurance.

All content, trademarks, logos, and proprietary materials on our platform are owned by Protect Health Fit or our licensors and are protected by US and international copyright, trademark, and patent laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Protect Health Fit, ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Protect Health Fit and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cascade County, Montana. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Most disputes can be resolved informally. Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at legal@protecthealthfit.com and attempt to resolve the dispute for at least 30 days. Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Montana under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or prominent notice at least 30 days in advance. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any supplemental policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Protect Health Fit regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements.
